Services de santé de Chapleau  Health Services is seeking a Casual Phlebotomist (training will be provided)

Hourly Rates as per ONA Allied Collective Agreement

This position reports to the Senior Medical Laboratory Technologist and is responsible for the proper collection and identification of laboratory specimens (blood/urine) following all accepted techniques. Conducting accurate and quality ECG tracings on laboratory patients. Performing clerical and other support duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Successful completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

• Excellent organizational and communications skills.

• Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with the public in a courteous manner.

• Must be fluent written and orally in English and French. 

  Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 12:00pm
